Sailor Moon

Sailor Moon is a Japanese action-adventure fantasy series about a group of schoolgirls who discover they are the incarnations of alien princesses with superpowers. The series was written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi and originally serialized in Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine from 1991 to 1997. The 60 chapters and several side stories were compiled into 18 volumes. The TV series ran from 1992 to 1997 and has 200 episodes
